Schedule/Rate: 36 hours; $2,052

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• ER experience or acute care background preferred
• Current BLS
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and communication

Preferred Certifications

• ACLS, PALS, and/or TNCC

Core Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients on arrival
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per orders and protocols
• Monitor patient status and promptly communicate changes to physicians and team members
• Accurately document care and maintain patient records
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care
• Participate in ER quality improvement and safety initiatives
