Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and Make a Difference in Patient Care

Are you a dedicated and highly skilled CRNA looking for a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic outpatient surgical setting? We are seeking a motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide exceptional anesthesia services at our outpatient Surgery Center. This full-time position offers a supportive environment where your expertise will directly contribute to patient comfort and safety, with the stability of a long-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver anesthesia care for a diverse patient population, including both children and adults
• Manage 6-15 cases daily across various specialties such as orthopedics, gynecology, ophthalmology, endoscopy, ENT, dental, and general procedures
• Collaborate within a Medical Direction model at a 1:3 ratio
• Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and communication
• Provide anesthesia services in a fast-paced outpatient setting with 4 ORs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Current Board Certification as a CRNA
• Valid PA license
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Ability to work full-time, day shift (7:00 am 3:30 pm) on 5x8-hour shifts
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient anesthesia and patient management

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in outpatient surgery centers
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system
• Experience with orthopedic and minor procedures outside of anesthesia

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Master s or doctoral degree in Nursing Anesthesia
• Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience in similar outpatient settings
• Familiarity with pediatric and adult anesthesia care

Other Requirements:

• Valid PA state licensure
• Willingness to undergo credentialing (typically within 90 days, with expedited processing available)
• Ability to travel if necessary for licensure or credentialing purposes

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $229.11
