Required Skills:
- Current NBCRNA certification
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Full Michigan state license (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience in a hospital setting
- Proven ability to manage adult patients and select pediatric cases
- Experience with general, neurosurgical, and MAC anesthesia
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in documentation using Epic EMR
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in trauma or emergency settings
- Advanced airway management skills
- Familiarity with sedation procedures and ventilation management
- Bilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master s degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
- At least 3 years of recent hospital-based anesthesia practice
- Prior locum experience in a Level 1 trauma or academic hospital
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible day shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours; no on-call or weekend shifts
- Reliable transportation for mileage reimbursement
- Commitment to ongoing safety protocols and quality improvement initiatives
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $201.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
