Required Skills:

• Current NBCRNA certification
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Full Michigan state license (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience in a hospital setting
• Proven ability to manage adult patients and select pediatric cases
• Experience with general, neurosurgical, and MAC anesthesia
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in documentation using Epic EMR

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in trauma or emergency settings
• Advanced airway management skills
• Familiarity with sedation procedures and ventilation management
• Bilingual abilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master s degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
• At least 3 years of recent hospital-based anesthesia practice
• Prior locum experience in a Level 1 trauma or academic hospital

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible day shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours; no on-call or weekend shifts
• Reliable transportation for mileage reimbursement
• Commitment to ongoing safety protocols and quality improvement initiatives

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $201.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
