We re hiring a Dental Hygienist in Winter Haven, Florida who wants strong earning potential and a consistent three-day work week. You ll step into an outpatient private practice role focused on providing comprehensive dental hygiene care and patient education in a patient-centered environment. You ll see 7 8 patients per day, collaborate closely with the Lead Dentist, and help maintain high standards of care. No weekends. No major holidays.

• You are a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in Florida (or able to obtain licensure)

Compensation & Benefits
• 30% of production or hourly pay (whichever is greater)
