In this position, you will support members who have requested information about their benefits by coordinating short appointments and walking them through a simple, user-friendly online process. No previous insurance experience is necessary, as full training and support are provided. In this role, you'll manage a combination of inbound and outbound communication, answer member inquiries, update account details, and assist with completing basic online forms.
