EMR: Epic Other Info: Chart closure within 72 hrs Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active CA License BC/BE (FM/IM; If BE: within 5 yrs post residency) BLS, CPR DEA At least 3 yrs of experience in a similar setting (panel mgmt) Experience with Chronic Pain Management Current Immunizations (Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray etc) CVs need to have the month & amp; date on their work experience & education w/all gaps in employment accounted for.
