Required Skills:

• Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Valid PA nursing license
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Proficiency in anesthesia administration and patient monitoring
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with outpatient surgical procedures
• Familiarity with Epic EMR system
• Prior outpatient anesthesia experience in orthopedics, gynecology, eyes, endoscopy, ENT, dental, or general practice settings
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced outpatient environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthetic practice experience, preferably in outpatient or ambulatory surgery centers
• Board-certified CRNA with current licensure and certifications

Other Requirements:

• Full-time availability, 5 days per week, 8-hour day shifts (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Willingness to undergo credentialing, typically within 90 days, with expedited processing when possible
• Ability to perform procedures in an outpatient surgery center with four ORs
• Travel and licensure reimbursements available as applicable
