Hourly Pay Rate: $525 - $560 (hourly) with additional stipends for orientation, on-call, holidays, and callbacks. Overview: We are seeking a qualified Diagnostic Radiologist to provide expert radiology services on a locum basis in Bismarck, ND, starting from May 29, 2026. The role involves onsite interpretation of diagnostic imaging exams, including MRI, Ultrasound, CT, X-Ray, Mammography, and Nuclear Medicine, along with performing fluoroscopy procedures such as swallow studies, esophagrams, barium enemas, myelograms, arthrograms, and breast biopsies. The position entails weekday coverage during regular hours, with after-hours call responsibilities encompassing nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Skills: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology Proficiency in interpreting a broad range of diagnostic imaging modalities Experience with fluoroscopy procedures Strong knowledge of EMR systems, specifically EPIC Ability to work independently, liaison effectively with radiology technologists, and manage after-hours call duties Nice to Have Skills: Previous locum or temporary radiology experience Familiarity with advanced imaging techniques and interventional procedures Experience working in hospital or outpatient settings Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Documented case logs demonstrating sufficient case volume and diversity At least 1-2 years of post-residency clinical experience in diagnostic radiology Other Requirements: Must obtain credentialing and billing enrollment prior to commencement Ability to travel and secure licensure in North Dakota Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Travel reimbursement includes airfare (up to $750), lodging, car rental ($65/day cap), and IRS standard mileage rate Take this opportunity to enrich your radiology career while providing vital services to the Bismarck community.
