Job Description

LHH Recruitment is seeking a Legal Secretary for a great client in West Palm Beach, FL. Work Type: 6 month Contract, Full time, Onsite Pay: $26-29/hr

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to an in?house counsel office of multiple attorneys
  • Draft, prepare, file, and manage legal documents (electronic and physical filings)
  • Calendar, monitor, and track critical legal deadlines
  • Assist attorneys and paralegals with trial and case preparation
  • Maintain and manage legal records in compliance with record?retention requirements
  • Communicate professionally with internal staff and legal stakeholders
  • Support department operations during emergency response situations when required
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Business Management, Legal Office Administration, or related field preferred
  • 6+ years of experience providing high?level legal administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and judgment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast?paced legal environment
  • Experience with legal document management and records retention compliance preferred
  • Proficient in general office and legal administrative systems
Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
