Job Description

LHH is working on a temporary Accounts Payable Specialist role in Kirkland, WA. This position is covering for an employee leave of absence and is expected to last around three months. The manager is looking for someone who has at least two years of AP experience and who has worked on Microsoft Dynamics previously. This position is fully onsite but free parking is available. The team is looking to add someone right away so the interview process will be quick. Responsibilities:
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments according to company policies.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare AP reports as needed.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, invoice issues, and documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar financial software systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and internal department interactions.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Employment Details:
  • Temporary position for three months
  • In office in Kirkland, WA
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay Details: $29.00 to $32.00 per hour
