Job Description
JOB SUMMARY This Manufacturing Technician role involves performing manufacturing tasks to convert raw materials into final products, including decontamination processes, product transfer, and maintenance connection software. The position requires operating laboratory instruments according to work instructions, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and supporting daily management through data-driven problem solving and suggesting countermeasures. The role is 100% onsite in Morrisville, NC, with a schedule of Sunday-Thursday, 10 PM to 6:30 AM. Key Responsibilities • Perform manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products, including decontamination process, product transfer, and maintenance connection software. • Operate instruments in the lab by following all work instructions and adhering to all company policies and procedures, including customer-specific and general work instructions and SOPs. • Support daily management by assessing data to drive problem-solving and suggest countermeasures. Required Qualifications • High School diploma or GED • Able to perform repetitive tasks • Teachable/Coachable • Team Player/Positive attitude Preferred Qualifications • Life Science work experience • 12 months of lab experience • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word Education: High School
