Warehouse Associate

JOB SUMMARY: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling, moving, and shipping materials within a warehouse or distribution facility. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and safe operation of equipment while maintaining compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and ship product and equipment orders accurately Perform order verification checks and complete required documentation Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage or shortages, and report discrepancies Stock inventory and ensure proper product rotation Maintain adequate stock levels in picking locations Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment Use warehouse systems and software for order processing Perform manual processes when systems are unavailable Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse Follow all safety regulations and warehouse procedures Maintain and inspect warehouse equipment Support additional tasks as assigned Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly Ability to work at heights up to 36 feet Basic math and documentation skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a team environment Good communication skills Ability to work in varying temperature conditions Preferred Qualifications: Forklift certification Prior warehouse or logistics experience Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) Certifications: Forklift Certification (required or to be obtained) Education: High School
