Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone with foundational HR experience who is bilingual in English and Spanish and interested in growing their career in human resources.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation support
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
  • Support recruitment efforts such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
  • Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures (in English and Spanish)
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data entry
  • Support benefits administration and open enrollment activities
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 months of human resources experience (HR, People Operations, or related role)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) - required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HRIS experience a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Hours:
  • 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Monday through Friday

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
