As a Sales Associate you will advise current and prospective customers on their accounts, solve issues and recommend solutions that align with their needs. As our designated Sales Associate you will also get the opportunity to grow and enhance your skills as this is an entry level position. Your daily responsibilities as a Sales Associate Connecting with customers with service solutions that match their preferences. In the process of learning as a Sales Associate you will also contribute to the planning and execution of sales and customer service strategies with our sales team. Use effective, empathy and active listening to build and maintain relationships with customers. Resolve service related problems and concerns from customers while ensuring a positive customer service experience. Participate in ongoing Sales Associate training in order to sharpen your sales and customer service skills. Generate sales leads and identity upsell opportunities through customer engagement. Work with fellow Sales Associates and sales team members to learn, achieve sales goals and refine sales techniques.
