Pay: $ 28 to $29 /hour + uncapped commission!
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in staffing or recruiting.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m

Job Description:
- Interview potential candidates to assess fit and qualifications.
- Maintain accurate records and notes in a customer relationship management system or similar system.
- Perform high-volume outreach aligned with sales and recruitment goals.
- Deliver persuasive pitches and proposals to present services as ideal solutions.
- Manage post-placement tasks and ensure smooth administrative follow-through.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Assess the quality of leads and prospects based on set criteria.
- Qualify candidates to ensure alignment with hiring standards.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships throughout the recruitment process.
