We are currently seeking a Customer Support Associate to support sales development while ensuring customers receive a positive, professional experience. In this role, you will represent AT&T by assisting customers with questions, service options, and account needs while identifying opportunities to drive sales. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, problem-solving, and building trust through excellent customer service. The main function of the Customer Support Associate Answer customer questions regarding AT&T service offerings, plans, billing, and account information As our next Customer Support Associate you will assist customers throughout the sales and support process to ensure a seamless experience Escalate complex customer concerns to senior team members or internal departments when needed Work with the sales, customer service and technical teams to ensure a quality customer experience As a Customer Support Associate you will participate in ongoing training, learning sessions and service briefings to stay updated on plans and updates Interact and support customers while driving sales and ensuring a good customer service experience as our designated Customer Support Associate Proactively build rapport to ensure customer support and satisfaction Skills and Qualification of the Customer Support Associate High School Diploma or GED equivalent Previous experience as a Customer Sales Representative or Customer Support Representative Willingness to learn and grow customer service and sales skills is essential Communication skills Organisational and time management skills Problem solving skills with the ability to spot the root cause of customer issues Computer literate with the ability to use software & CRM tools Ready to grow your career as a Customer Support Associate?
