Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant or Tax Manager to join our clients Norman, OK office. This role supports a diverse client base and offers growth, collaboration, and competitive benefits. Target pay is dependent on experience$100,000 - $130,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare individual and business tax returns
  • Compile financial statements for small, non-public businesses
  • Supervise and support staff
  • Meet with clients to review financials, tax returns, and planning strategies
  • Collaborate with CPAs, EAs, CFPs, and attorneys on client engagements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 3-5 years of public accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of tax law and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, UltraTax, Thomson Reuters accounting tools, RIA tax research, and firm portals
  • Ability to work effectively with high-net-worth clients and business owners
