Required Skills:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Experience with G-tube care, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and comprehensive head-to-toe assessments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and documentation procedures
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working in residential or IDD settings
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to IDD care
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• At least 1 year of experience in a community-based or residential care setting

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including potential for extra shifts and overtime
• Reliable transportation for occasional travel between facilities if needed
• Certifications in first aid or CPR are a plus

Compensation for this vital role is highly competitive, with an hourly pay rate to be determined.
