LPN - IDD - Pennsylvania

Required Skills:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
- Experience with G-tube care, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and comprehensive head-to-toe assessments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and documentation procedures
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working in residential or IDD settings
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to IDD care
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
- At least 1 year of experience in a community-based or residential care setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including potential for extra shifts and overtime
- Reliable transportation for occasional travel between facilities if needed
- Certifications in first aid or CPR are a plus
