Requirements to Apply

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.

  • Current Oklahoma Speech-Language Pathology license or immediate eligibility.

  • Valid CPR Certification.

  • Proven experience evaluating and treating disorders of swallowing, cognition, and communication.

Job Overview: As a Speech Language Pathologist in the Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors by evaluating and treating communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders. You will manage individualized plans of care, participate in interdisciplinary team conferences, and provide essential education to participants and their families. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support the team through cross-training in respiratory therapy support, such as incentive spirometry.
