Job Description
- Dates: 05/11/2026 ongoing 13 Weeks
- Schedule: (4) 10-hour shifts per week - 3 12s and would like Saturdays and Sundays too if they can work weekends
- ALL TIME OFF REQUESTS must be made upfront
- No Call
- Level 1 trauma center
- 33 OR in the main OR, 16 offsite anesthesia locations, 12 outpatient surgery ORs, and 3-4 stand-alone GI center rooms.
- Hospital bed size: 600
- Skills required: All CRNA scopes of practice
- Inpatient & Outpatient
- EMR: EPIC
- Certifications: BC, VA license, Covid and flu vaccine, ACLS, BLS
- Credentialing Timeframe: Minimum 30 days
- NO LOCALS, Must live 50 miles from the facility
