The VA Greater Los Angeles (GLA) Healthcare System is looking for dedicated PCPs to join our Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT), delivering patient-centered care to a panel of Veterans, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated treatment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and acute care in an outpatient setting, with a focus on chronic disease management and preventive health.
  • Serve as a pivotal team member within a supportive unit, including a provider (MD/DO), RN, LVN, and a Clerk.
  • Participate in Process Improvement/Quality Assurance projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Engage in VA's national, VISN, and local quality and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide education and mentorship to medical students, residents, and other trainees through an affiliation with the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
  • Experience in Women's Health is highly valued.

Qualifications:

  • MD or equivalent
  • Board Certified/Eligible
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must possess a current, full, and unrestricted license
  • Preferred: Teaching experience for clinics that are part of academic training programs

  • Starting salary $265,000 Negotiable, final salary will be based on breadth and years of experience and qualifications
