About the Practice:
- Join a dedicated inpatient endocrinology team, including 1 full-time physician, 4 experienced APPs, and 1 diabetes educator covering weekdays, along with 2 experienced APPs covering weekends.
- Provide inpatient endocrinology care primarily at our Springfield-based hospital, with telemedicine capabilities to support 3 regional hospitals.
- Work closely with a strong network of 5 outpatient endocrinologists and a team of APPs to ensure seamless patient care across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Be part of a thriving, energetic, and family-oriented endocrinology group that values teamwork and collaboration.
Job Highlights:
- Direct patient care in endocrinology within a hospital setting.
- Oversight of inpatient endocrinology care across all CoxHealth facilities, supported by highly skilled APPs and a diabetes educator.
- Shared call rotation (1:7) with outpatient endocrinologists for a balanced workload.
