Who we are looking for:
- A Pharmacist passionate about serving underserved communities
- A Pharmacist with experience in inventory and cost management activities is preferred.
- One year of experience supervising a team in a clinical environment preferred.

What You'll Do:
- Support staff development by assessing training needs and encouraging professional growth.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff.
- Deliver Patient care services, including:
- Drug Utilization Review
- Patient Counseling
- Drug Regimen Review
- Medication Therapy Management
- Collaborative Drug Therapy Management
- Prescribing medications and devices per protocol
- Ordering and interpreting lab tests
- Managing prescription receipt and transfers
- Ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions in compliance with provider orders and organizational policies.
- Maintain pharmacy security and safeguard against drug theft or diversion.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Supervise Central Fill and Specialty Pharmacy Technicians.
- Report and review medication-related incidents with the QA department and implement necessary improvements.
- Ensure pharmacy practices meet or exceed legal and professional standards.
- Monitor and maintain robotic dispensing systems in collaboration with maintenance staff.
- Provide ongoing training to pharmacy and clinic personnel.
- Stay current with licensure and pharmacological knowledge through continued education.
- Align clinical responsibilities with TJC, HRSA, and organizational standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- To be considered for this position, you must complete a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and have a current WA State Pharmacist License
- Two years' experience working in a dispensing role in a community or retail pharmacy
- A Pharm D Degree is preferred
- Drug testing: This position requires testing for controlled substances before employment and will be subject to further testing throughout employment.
