Utility Laborer SAN ANTONIO, TX Field POSITION SUMMARY The Utility Laborer supports underground utility crews by performing hands-on tasks related to excavation, trenching, pipe installation, bedding, backfill, compaction, material handling, traffic control, and jobsite safety.
