Monitor compliance with GAAP, ASC 606, ASC 842 (if applicable), and other regulatory requirements. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in construction or real estate development. Strong understanding of construction accounting, including job costing, percentage-of-completion, and project billing. Experience with ground-up development projects is highly preferred. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage 300, Viewpoint, or similar). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
