Job Description: Minimum Required Experiences* 4 years of related experience* Experience in Data Management principles specifically for data ownership, stewardship, maintaining the Enterprise Data Glossary, documenting data lineage and driving data strategies/governance. * Adept at managing projects, resources and people to ensure successful project completion and accomplishment of division goals.* Relationship Management experience including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.* Experience influencing, negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings and resolving conflict* Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand* Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions* Analyzing data to identify accuracy or relationships to inform conclusions about the data* Strong computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience using, SharePoint, and Collibra Data Governance ToolDesired Experiences* Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Information Systems or Analytics* 6 - 8 years of data or business analysis preferredTHE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Enterprise Data Governance and Stewardship - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:* Manage business areas to drive data ownership, understand data usage/lineage/attributes.* Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert to address data questions, provide guidance, create training, and develop overall communications to ensure awareness and adoption of data management policies and procedures.* Lead discussions and coordinate activities both internally and across business groups on data governance strategies* Guide team efforts to review business data priorities, and make decisions that will drive success in the face of changing processes and technology* Coach or mentor less experienced staff on advancing data governance strategiesQualifications: THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM* Lead the development of data quality policies and governance controls.* Review data quality frameworks.* Lead team on monitoring application of data controls and identify opportunities to improve data quality.* Communicate data management policies across teams, and conduct trainings.* Research industry data quality standards.Additional Information: The future is what you make it to be.
