Position Overview
The coordinator will be responsible for developing relationships with existing and potential customers, while providing unique solutions and support. The Coordinator will provide technical support, product selection, parts & warranty support, develop parts proposals, manage inventory, order processing and other special project duties as required.
General Responsibilities
* Parts Administration - Maintain Inventory Levels, Parts Identification, and Fulfillment of Parts Orders Including Shipping and Invoicing
* Warranty Administration - Supervise, Monitor, and Fulfill Warranty Administration
* Inventory Administration, Manage Inventory Tracking, Coordination and Shipping "Equipment Packages"
* Technical Support - Provide Customers with Technical Support
* Handles and dispatches all Incoming Calls to Parts Sales, Equipment Sales or Service as required.
* Assists with McCotter Energy Service Invoicing (Printing Service Reports for Review and Submission to Accounting for Invoicing)
* Some General Administrative Responsibilities (Manage sales collateral material inventory & Supplies, etc.)

Qualifications
* Education: Associates Degree in related field or equivalent educational experience with a minimum of 2 years industry experience working with contractors and/or vendors in a similar capacity
* Must have Proficient Computer Skills Including Microsoft Office Suite.
* Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
* Must have a Positive Attitude and Strong Interpersonal Skills
* Strong Desire for Continued Growth and Education
