Project: Visual design for a large experience redesign, within an Agile product team
Working closely with UX Designers to evolve the customer experience, across touchpoints and channels (digital & physical)
Developing concepts and design comps
Developing prototypes for the demonstration of concepts to clients
Leading the production of concepts to provide complete deliverables
Visualizing, designing, and conceptualizing user experiences
Working within, and evolving, a design system
Extending visual systems/brand guidelines across all mediums with moderate design changes
Working closely with Engineers to share design work, and ensuring final deliverables are provided to the development team
Modeling and advocating for company values of Inclusive Collaboration, Engaging with Openness, Partnering for Client Impact, Learning Mindset, and Embracing the Future
Skills and knowledge you'll bring to the table:
3+ years of digital design experience (web, app, emerging experiences, etc.)
Proficiency in a variety of design tools including Sketch and Invision
Must be able to present work effectively
Ability and willingness to work in a highly collaborative tea
Ability to design and problem-solve for complex interfaces
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
High tolerance for ambiguity
Bonus points: Invision DSM, experience working in Agile environment
