Summary

OfficeTeam is currently seeking skilled candidates to fill various openings for a dynamic TEMPORARY TAX ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT with a reputable financial firm we're working with located in the Lehigh Valley. In this TEMPORARY TAX ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, you will be assisting with the office with all administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, assisting with account set up and other administrative responsibilities as assigned. This TEMPORARY TAX ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT position may also require you to assist in maintaining client files and make ordering office supplies and any office equipment is being regularly maintained. This TEMPORARY TAX ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT position will be temporary lasting up till possibly April and will need individuals to work Monday through Thursday, 10:30am to 7pm and Fridays, 8:30am to 5pm. The TEMPORARY TAX ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT will also be communicating on behalf of the team and should have clear written and verbal communication skills to handle phone, email and web communications. DUTIES

Work with home office to ensure accurate account setup and resolve issues

Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts

Maintain files and records in accordance with the records retention policy

Handle follow up items after client meetings

Organize and route incoming telephone calls

Conduct transactions on behalf of clients

Handle project support and ensures deadlines are met

Handle contract administration and data entry

Reporting tracking/maintenance to ensure practice is current and compliant in areas such as financial planning, managed accounts, etc.

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS

1+ years' experience in ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT and/or other related Office roles

Proficiency of having strong attention to detail skills

Capability of having excellent organizational skills

Highly Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative-related software

Candidate should have strong understanding of being able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking skills a must!

Aptitude of having a positive, can do attitude and strong willingness to learn!

Candidates must be okay with working on-site and able to commute to the office in Walnutport, Pennsylvania.
