Job Description Summary
This position is responsible for clerical tasks in support of the HR department. This position requires a high level of employee interaction, including good customer service skills and phone etiquette.
Job Description
* Possess efficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and file management.
* Be able to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
* Respond to inquiries and provide information about company rules, policies, regulations or procedures within functional area(s).
* Receive, review, ensure the accuracy and completeness of, compile and/or maintain data, documents, files, time records and records;
* Administer functions such as filing, fielding calls, replacement scheduling, vendor & contractor communications and other tasks/communications as directed.
* Enter and/or retrieve data from information or other computerized recordkeeping systems;
* Prepare correspondence and spreadsheets;
* Assist customers and/or employees in person, by phone or other correspondence
* Perform related duties as required.

Pay: $16 to $17 per hour plus benefits
