Realtor/Property Manager looking for full time assistant 35+ hours a /hr with scheduled raises and bonuses after the initial training period. Background in real estate and property management is required.
Job purpose:
• The property manager handles the daily operations of the assigned portfolio by fulfilling tenant, vendor and owner needs. This position assists the senior property manager, and coordinates activities such as property showings, maintenance coordination and leasing.
Duties include:
• Email Correspondence- Daily correspondence with tenants, owners, vendors and tenant prospects
• Bookkeeping- Monitoring and keeping track of maintenance requests through Appfolio Software, creating and delegating work orders, contacting vendors, recording invoices, and payments
o Establishing tenant ledgers, recording cash receipts, preparing monthly rent statements and property management reports
o Creating payments for all invoices, managing property cash balance and preparing reports
o Assist property manager to resolve tenant account questions
• Project Management-Coordinating all vendor repairs and maintenance during tenant transitions
• Showings- Occasional property showings, assisting in tenant move out/move in processes
• Office Errands- Running miscellaneous office errands
• Assisting in the development of company processes and procedures and the implementation and execution of various projects
• General Administration- Filing, organizing, taking phone calls, listing properties, assisting in the day to day operations of the company
• Assisting with marketing of properties online and sending out Mail Chimp email blast
Skills required:
• Detail oriented, organized and able to follow up on multiple tasks over multiple days
• Self-motivated and having the ability to complete routine job duties, project/tasks on time with minimal supervision
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle for transportation
• Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively and professionally whether in person, over the phone, or by email
• Solid computer, Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Punctual, professional, multi-tasker
• Must love dogs and cats- This is a work environment out of a home office located near City Park, Denver
