- Thorough investigation and analysis of complex legal documents
- Data base management of all relevant documents
- Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work
- Provide support to attorney through all phases
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
- Solid understanding of Employment-Based Immigration
- Knowledge of legal research
- Proficiency in Department of Labor (DOL)
- Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
- Should be savvy with word processing and spreadsheets
- Customer service oriented communication skills
- Constant attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
