Robert Half Legal is seeking a real estate Paralegal OR high-level Legal Secretary for a Prominent Title Company in the Metro Detroit area. Our client is seeking a legal candidate that has experience researching and resolving title issues. The Legal candidate must be proficient in Excel as well as Dropbox. The right candidate would be a goal oriented individual who is detail oriented and enjoys working with a team. The position is a long-term contract opportunity!
The following job responsibilities would include:
***Working with sublease holders to ensure leases are current and those delinquents are resolved.
***Filing title claims with originating title insurers for denied indemnity requests
***Identifying and preparing assignments needed to complete chain
***Resolving problems regarding improper transfers of title.
