The Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal will be responsible for:

Filings with California State and Federal Courts
Calendaring personal injury litigation deadlines
Drafting pleadings and discovery under the supervision of the attorneys
Obtaining medical records
Coordinating depositions and Court appearances

Job Requirements:
3+ Years Personal Injury Paralegal experience
BA or Paralegal Certificate preferred
Excellent professional references
