Classification: Contract Paralegal
Compensation: DOE
Robert Half Legal is actively sourcing for a Contract Paralegal in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. The role would be predominantly remote and required 1-2 days on-site in the next 1-2 months.
Job Duties:
- Assist with contract management and organization
- Support internal sales team with execution of contracts
- Prepare and review contracts for renewal clauses and pricing
- Provide life cycle contracts administration support
- Review contracts and other project-related documentation for compliance with client policy and requirements

Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of contract paralegal experience, preferably in-house
- Experience with contracting processing tools, workflow management and reporting
- Must have experience with DocuSign and preferably Salesforce
