Classification: Payroll Administrator
Compensation: $20.00 to $28.00 hourly
Accountemps has partnered with a manufacturing company to locate a Payroll Tax Accountant on a temporary to hire basis. As a Payroll Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. Payroll Tax Accountants with strong ADP skills, attention to detail and ability to work well in a busy office environment will be considered. Job Duties: • Prepares, processes, and distributes semimonthly payrolls for active employees and a monthly payroll for legacy retirees • Coordinates and ensures that relevant employee data has been entered into payroll system. Maintains all payroll information in ADP. • Review payroll reports for accuracy on a regular basis, including forms 940, 941, W-2s, disability and unemployment in multiple states and jurisdictions. • Serve as primary point of contact for resolving questions and issues regarding payroll. **If interested, please send your resume to **
Job Requirements:
