JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Must be physically capable of the potentially strenuous activities typical of someone engaged in leading FSP programs. Must be able to effectively listen and communicate with people in-person, via email or over the telephone. Must be capable of using a computer keyboard. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive without restriction.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in exercise physiology, health and physical education or a closely related field - required. American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist or National Strength & Conditioning Association Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) - preferred. BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED) Program - required.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
High motivation and energy level. Strong focus on Customer Service. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
