Showings & Property Readiness Conduct in-person and self-guided showing coordination as applicable. Maintain strong knowledge of all actively marketed properties. Regularly inspect vacant units to ensure they are clean, secure, presentable, and ready to show. Immediately report maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, safety, or presentation issues. Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding rent-ready timelines. Confirm utilities, keys, lockboxes, signage, and property access are ready before marketing and showings. Applicant & Resident Experience Provide a welcoming, professional experience from first inquiry through move-in. Clearly explain the application and leasing process. Maintain consistent communication with approved applicants before move-in. Coordinate move-in dates and required documentation with the property management team. Assist with move-in preparation and resident onboarding. Help create a smooth handoff from the leasing department to the property management team. Leasing Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate prospect, showing, application, and leasing records. Properly document communication and activity within company systems.
