Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and reliable Recruiter to support our hiring operations. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Source and screen candidates through job boards, referrals, and walk-ins
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring steps
- Assist with new hire onboarding and documentation
- Maintain accurate employee and applicant records
- Communicate with candidates regarding schedules, requirements, and next steps
- Support day-to-day recruiting and staffing operations
Qualifications- Spanish bilingual skills preferred, but not required
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, job boards)
- Reliable and detail-oriented
