At 40 hours per week, your earning potential is:

  • 1 Week: $725 before taxes
  • 4 Weeks: $2,900 before taxes
  • 8 Weeks: $5,800 before taxes

That's approximately $18.13/hour effective earnings when working 40 hours and qualifying for the weekly bonus.

Assignment expected to continue through October, with potential for additional testing opportunities.

Weekly bonus is subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Assignment duration and future work are not guaranteed.


Schedule: Full-time & part-time opportunities
Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
    Seasonal: August-November

Stanley Black & Decker is looking for Equipment Operator to help test and evaluate outdoor power equipment at our Valley City, OH location.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, following procedures, identifying issues, and documenting results.

Job Overview

Join the Stanley Black & Decker team as a Production Associate testing outdoor power equipment. You'll operate and inspect mowers, tillers, and other equipment, record test results, and help identify quality and performance issues.

Training is provided - equipment experience is a plus, not required.

What You'll Do
  • Operate and test outdoor power equipment.
  • Inspect equipment and identify issues.
  • Record test results and basic information.
  • Follow safety and testing procedures.
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
What We're Looking For
  • Reliable and safety-minded.
  • Able to follow instructions and complete basic documentation.
  • Comfortable operating equipment.
  • Comfortable working outdoors.
  • Manufacturing, mechanical, landscaping, or equipment experience is a plus.
