The Solar Installer will join dedicated installation teams primarily handling residential projects. This role involves on-site solar panel installation and maintenance, ensuring systems are safely and efficiently set up to meet client and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Install solar panels and related equipment at residential sites
- Conduct site assessments to prepare installation plans
- Perform wiring and electrical connections following safety regulations
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment during and after installation
- Ensure safety compliance throughout all installation activities
- Test systems for performance and functionality
- Document installation processes and results accurately
- Coordinate effectively with team members in dedicated installation teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in solar installation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient in solar panel installation and blueprint reading
- Strong commitment to safety compliance
- Ability to collaborate well within a team
