We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking Concrete Grouting & Patching Laborer to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform concrete grouting, patching, and repair work
- Fill cracks, voids, holes, and damaged concrete areas
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, chipping, and removing loose material
- Mix and apply grout, patching compounds, and other repair materials
- Finish repaired areas to meet project specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all jobsite safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Qualifications:
- Previous concrete, grouting, patching, masonry, or construction experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and working on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
