Apartment Leasing Consultants Needed!
We are currently hiring Leasing Consultants for apartment communities. Have great customer service, people skills and a solid work ethic? Join our expanding team! Previous leasing experience is required, fair-housing experience is a plus.
Leasing Consultant Job Responsibilities-
Respond to internet leads
Conduct property tours
Maintain clerical duties such as filing and record-keeping
Identify residents needs and strive to solve them
Accepting and processing applications
Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs
Receive and process necessary paperwork such as: rental payments, rent charges, eviction notices
Requirements-
Minimum of 6 months experience in property management or other related industry
Work a flexible work week including weekends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer savvy
