Sales and customer service skills required
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations or ability to learn
Experience with property management software is a plus CRM IQ, ONESITE, YARDI.
Reliable transportation current photo ID
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently or with a team
Lead apartment model home tours and sell apartment amenities
