Job Description Job Description Electrical Foreman / Superintendent (Commercial Construction - Mid-Rise Projects) Baltimore, MD Full-Time On-Site Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Foreman / Superintendent to lead and oversee mid-rise commercial electrical construction projects in the Baltimore area. This hybrid role combines hands-on field leadership with high-level project oversight, bridging the gap between field execution and project management. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep technical expertise who can manage crews, coordinate across trades, and drive project performance from planning through completion. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
