Order Entry Coordinator We are a growing small business looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Entry Coordinator.
Legend Lighting is a family-owned lighting distributorship and showroom serving homebuilders, interior designers, and homeowners in Austin, Texas, and the surrounding areas. Our company was founded in 2008 and has grown to 16 employees while building a strong reputation as a leader in our local marketplace and our industry. The responsibilities for this position include:
- Prepare and maintain job files by retrieving purchase orders and blueprints, resolving discrepancies, and processing work orders
- Enter customer orders into point-of-sale software
- Manage order changes and errors with customers and team members
- Communicate order status issues with field personnel and customers
- Work within detailed Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and workbooks
- Review monthly reports, and address any issues as needed
- Exercise basic administrative skills such as filing, labeling, copying, and scanning

A background in construction or ability to read residential blueprints extremely helpful, but not required.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM. This role is located in our company office and is not a remote position.
