• Coverage Model: 4 Daytime Physician Hospitalists, 1 Physician Assistant 7a-7p, 1 Physician Assistant 12p-12a, 1 Dedicated Physician Nocturnist 7p-7a

• Number of Beds: 212

• EMR: Cerner

• Procedures: No

• ICU: Closed

Qualifications

• Education: Physician Assistant
• Licensure: Illinois
• Board Certification: PA-C with hospitalist experience
• Badges: ACLS
• Experience: 2 years HM experience highly preferred

Elk Grove Village is a suburban community located about 20-25 miles northwest of Chicago, right next to O'Hare International Airport. It has around 30,000-33,000 residents and is known for combining a quiet residential area with a major business and industrial presence.
