Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients referred by physicians, formulating and implementing personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based methodologies to provide high-quality therapeutic interventions, tailoring techniques to individual patient scenarios in areas such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure an integrated approach to care delivery.
  • Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs to foster independence and improve outcomes.
  • Strive to meet established utilization goals and other business objectives, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the clinic.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in an outpatient setting, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Current CPR certification to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective patient interactions and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in word processing and computer applications to maintain accurate patient records and facilitate communication.
