Job Opening Blevins, Inc. has an opening for a dependable individual with a positive attitude to fill a full-time Delivery Driver - CDL A position for regional deliveries at our Albuquerque, NM. This position works four days weekly; overnight travel required 2-3 nights per week with no weekends. Blevin's equipment: Day cab tractor and 53' van trailer with electric lift-gate. Pallet jacks and dollies are provided in each trailer.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus: Paid after 90 days, subject to satisfactory performance, a clean safety record, and full DOT compliance.

What you will do

• Individual must be detail oriented for accuracy in filling orders.
• Ability to manage "touch freight," including loading and unloading of materials.
• Operating material handling equipment safely
• Meeting company accuracy standards
• Ability to manage delivery schedules efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
• Working in a fast-paced, customer service driven environment
• Loading heavy materials onto trucks, lift and move up to 100 pounds, and drive a forklift
• Follow all local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations, including hours of service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to lift 100 pounds
• High School or Equivalent Education
• Understanding of DOT regulations and compliance.
• Strong commitment to following safety protocols and procedures.
• Positive Attitude & Strong Work Ethic
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Forklift Experience a plus
