Sentara, a nationally recognized nonprofit integrated healthcare system, is recruiting an experienced orthopedic surgeon to take a leading role in building a comprehensive elective orthopedic program at Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a growing service line in a high-need community while practicing with the stability, resources, and collaborative support of one of the region's most trusted healthcare organizations.

Fellowship training or experience in Sports Medicine or arthroplasty is required. The orthopedic surgeons will have support for fracture cases from our highly regarded/ well established orthopedic trauma team.

Offices are located on the campus of Sentara Obici Hospital, a well-equipped 176-bed community hospital, as well as at Sentara BelleHarbour, an ambulatory surgery center with two operating rooms and an expanded emergency department.
